Welcome to Offline Edge. These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, form a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”) and Offline Edge, a business operated under the name Offline Edge. In these Terms, “Offline Edge,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the service provider, and “you” or “your” refer to the individual or business accessing or using our services.
By using the Offline Edge platform (the “Platform”), which is built on GoHighLevel’s infrastructure, you agree to comply with these Terms, consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy, pay all applicable service and usage fees, abide by any custom project scopes you’ve accepted, and use the Platform lawfully and responsibly. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services. Creating an account or continuing to use the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into a contract, provide complete and accurate account information, and use the Platform for business purposes only.
Offline Edge may send SMS reminders if you opt into a form on our website. You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP,” and we will confirm your unsubscribe status by text. After opting out, no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-enroll by opting in again. If you encounter any issues with SMS messaging, you may reply with “HELP” or email us at
. Message frequency varies and standard message/data rates may apply. Carriers are not responsible for delays or message failures.
When using our CRM system to make outbound calls or run automated workflows, you agree to comply with all federal, state, and local telemarketing laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and Do-Not-Call (DNC) regulations. It is solely your responsibility to ensure your outbound calls and messages are compliant. Offline Edge does not assume liability for misuse or illegal communications. Outbound calls and premium workflow triggers are subject to usage-based billing. White Label Plan users are charged $0.07 per minute for voice calls and $0.01 per GoHighLevel premium automation trigger. All other plans are billed at $0.14 per minute and $0.10 per trigger. These fees are charged to the card on file and are non-refundable. These charges are separate from any subscription fees.
Offline Edge provides access to GoHighLevel’s suite of tools, along with our own proprietary AI integrations, custom development services, 24/7 customer support, and training and implementation guidance. Our custom features and integrations are protected under intellectual property laws. Clients are prohibited from sharing, copying, or reverse-engineering these proprietary tools, using snapshot features to duplicate configurations, sharing account credentials, or permitting unauthorized access. Any unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of access, pursuit of liquidated damages, and potential legal action, including full recovery of associated legal costs.
All payments are processed through Stripe or a similar payment processor. All amounts are listed and charged in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Subscription plans and pricing details are available on our website and are subject to change without notice. Subscriptions are prepaid, all sales are final, and there are no refunds on any subscription, usage, or custom service fees. Marketplace purchases are also non-refundable. Custom development work must be pre-approved in writing and paid in advance. Usage-based charges, such as communication or automation surcharges, are billed monthly as separate line items, and your payment method will be automatically charged. Clients on the Unlimited $1/month Lifetime Plan are billed according to current published usage rates.

. Standard plans include access for five users, three AI agents, and up to 3,000 contacts, with scalability for up to 10 AI agents and 20,000 AI messages. Unlimited and White Label plans include unlimited users, contacts, AI agents, subaccounts, and AI messages. The White Label plan allows you to operate our AI tools under your own GoHighLevel account. Custom work, such as advanced integrations, custom workflows, non-standard features, and extended training, is billed at $200 per hour and requires written approval before commencement.
Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security concerns. Platform use must comply with all applicable laws and must not infringe upon the rights of others, attempt to replicate our systems, or be used for malicious purposes.
We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism and misuse of our intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce, repurpose, or redistribute our website content, training materials, code, designs, or proprietary systems without prior written consent. Any infringement will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may trigger legal action for damages.
Offline Edge processes your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which includes maintaining appropriate security measures and only using your data to deliver services. We do not sell your personal data. You are responsible for ensuring you have legal rights to any data uploaded to our Platform, complying with all relevant privacy regulations, securing your credentials, and backing up important data.
We reserve the right to update Platform features, change pricing, revise these Terms, or discontinue services at our discretion. Any significant changes will be communicated via email, Platform announcements, or through our website.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support. No refunds will be issued for unused time. Offline Edge reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time due to violation of these Terms, failure to pay, or harmful behavior.
Offline Edge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or service interruptions. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, the content you provide, or your breach of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and any disputes will be resolved in U.S. courts.
By using our services, you agree not to make public statements, reviews, or content that could be considered false, harmful, or disparaging toward Offline Edge. Any breach of this non-disparagement clause may result in immediate termination of service without refund and potential legal action.
